Secure Client Portal
We offer virtual and in-person tax appointments during tax filing season. You must call our office at 330-628-0415 to establish your initial secure portal connection. Once your account has been created, you can then upload your tax documents. If you already have an account established on our portal, you can also perform a password reset using the link below.
Make Payments and Order Forms
Please be sure to enter the Invoice Number when prompted to help us apply your payment properly.
Replacement copies of W-2 forms can be ordered for a fee. Please be sure to enter the employer’s name when ordering your W-2 form.
We provide copies of tax returns at the time of preparation. Additional digital replacement copies are available for a nominal fee.
You will receive an email once your order has been processed and uploaded to our secure client portal. Use the link below to login to the secure portal to download your order. The digital copy will only remain in the portal for 30 days.
We never email sensitive information and do not provide copies of tax returns directly to third parties.
There are no refunds for digital copies after the order has been processed by our office.
